Prior to his current role, Wetzel served as director of national customer care, business sales support and chief financial officer for the business sales organization at Qwest as well as various financial management positions at MCI Communications.
Mindy Powers is vice president of business sales for the Western region and responsible for leading a sales organization that provides world-class communications solutions to global enterprises.
With more than 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Powers was director of sales for the CenturyLink Channel Alliance and named "Channel Executive Woman of the Year" by CRN Magazine in 2010. She is also a long-time supporter and advocate of the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Richard G. Twilley
Richard Twilley is vice president of business sales, and is responsible for leading the enterprise sales organization for the Eastern Region of the United States. Consisting of 25 states and approximately 500 employees, his organization provides the complete business portfolio of communications products and services to the enterprise business marketplace.
With more than 24 years of experience in the telecommunications and consulting industries, Twilley has held various positions at Sprint/Embarq, and the Michaels Group as a business consultant.
Shaun Trippel is the area vice president of sales providing world-class communications and network solutions to state and local government agencies, K-20 education organizations and non-profit health care facilities nationwide.
With more than 19 years of experience in the communications industry, Trippel has held various management positions at CenturyLink, Verizon and MCI.
Jeff is a seasoned executive with 15 years of experience in the communications industry. He is responsible for delivering the best innovative products and solutions to CenturyLink customers including CenturyLink’s Cloud offerings of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
Prior to CenturyLink, Jeff was Area Vice President for Verizon Information Services and VP, General Manager for McCleodUSA in Missouri and Kansas.
Jeremy is a communications and technology executive with over 20 years of experience, in all segments of product development, operations, and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to everything he does.
Prior to CenturyLink Jeremy served in various roles in the technology industry from software to digital media, to other facets of applications and operations of technology and telecommunications companies.
Dick has over 30 years of experience in the IT field working for startups, international companies and in Silicon Valley. Currently he is a Senior Research Analyst for the Aberdeen Group covering virtualization and the cloud. Dick also worked, lived or traveled through more than 60 countries of the world.
Diana L. Gowen
Diana is the senior vice president and general manager, Public Sector of CenturyLink. In this role, Ms. Gowen oversees all efforts needed to execute on CenturyLink's solutions for its federal government customers, Sales Operations, Proposal, Program Management and Contracts and Procurement.
Ms. Gowen has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the communications industry. She began her career working in the federal government for both civilian and defense agencies in the United States and abroad. Before joining CenturyLink in 2005, she was president of government solutions for Corvis and Broadwing Communications.
Scott is the Vice President and General Manager for the Denver/Northern Colorado market, where he leads a team of over 700. Scott’s focus on leadership and innovation has enabled a rapid evolution of a team-based culture that is highly responsive to changing customer needs. With more than 23 years of professional leadership, Scott has held various leadership positions across field operations, marketing, product development, business development, field sales and retail sales experience.
Frank Grillo is vice president of business marketing, responsible for leading the business product and marketing organizations at CenturyLink Business. Frank and his organization manage the development and implementation of industry-leading products and world-class communications solutions for small-, medium- and large-sized enterprises across the globe.
With more than 20 years experience in various executive marketing and product roles in the communications industry, Grillo also worked at Cypress Communications, LDDS, MCI Worldcom and Z-Tel.
Ken McMahon is the Vice President and General Manager for the Metropolitan Phoenix market of CenturyLink. Ken has end-to-end responsibility for developing a localized approach to the market, including product offerings and promotions for Cloud offerings of IaaS, Paas and SaaS.
Ken has spent 15 years in the communications industry working in various leadership roles. Prior to taking his new role in Phoenix, he served as CenturyLink Vice President and General Manager of Northern Missouri.
